President’s Profile

Martain C. O’Donell, President and Co-Founder of Mergement LLC.  He is responsible for all aspects of the programs and operations at the Mergement and any division(s) that fall under the Mergement LLC banner now and in the future.  Martain O’Donell has been President/Chairman of the company since it inception in late 2012.

Before heading the Mergement team, Martain was a Integrations Engineer for the Network Centric Collaborative Targeting (NCCT) program with L-3 Communications/ComCept Division.  He wore many hats during this period which included but not limited to Systems Engineering, Testing, Installations, Production, Configuration Management, and Project Management.  Opportunities in this capacity offered Martain insight on how business is run as well as strategic management processes that assisted in his preparation to become co-founder of Mergement LLC.

Prior to his engineer years with ComCept, Martain served for 14+ honorable years in the United States Air Force as a Satellite, Wideband and Telemetry Space Systems Craftsman.  He was stationed all over the globe during this service to his country.  Also served in Iraq for Operation Enduring Freedom.

Martain was a US army dependent and grew up in Nebraska, North Carolina, Texas and Germany.  He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Technology from Wayland Baptist University as well as he holds a Master of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Bellevue University.  He is married to Brandi O’Donell and has 4 children (Martinique, Alisha, Christian, Journei)
